Well...
I am Web-designer since 2009 year I think, but now I am busy by study, so I can't really spend so many time as much as need for web-design.
But the problem was always one - I love Photoshop and I love to work on it. So when I was passed all of my exams in this year - that been one year without any new design.
So I just blow off the dust from my wacom tablet and did "My Blog" design. After it I did "Some title, okay?" - I was interesting as fast I can do such easy design (it took ~25 min). And the last project was "DenniUS" - I like this design, its was a challenge for me, adorable design.
My inspiration is my own fantasy and music which is I listening while doin' web-designs.
Which music do I listening, I think it's most likely defines the style of design which is being created.
That is any of genres can be. Sometimes Hard Rock, sometimes POP, sometimes (even) country -.-''. Hell... sometimes it is Bach!
However I love to see your comments and wishes, cheers.

All these works I showed here is 100% exclusive. Why? just because I wasn't even used them for markup.
Why? Just because I enjoyed web-design and hate programming.
But if you wants to use my design
somewhere, and you have the abilities for that - just send me a message!
All I'd ask its credits to me.
All my works made with photoshop. So its .PSD format file.
I will not give the designs to "anyone". I will give 1 design to 1 person (if its group of design's like "Black Web 1-2-3" then I will give away all 3 design's to 1 person).

Но вот дальше много ошибок, вопросов...
Почему такие тусклые цвета, чем Вы руководствовались выбирая именно эти цвета?
Очень плохо обстоят дела с шрифтами, обязательно нужно изменить шрифт и его цвет.
Ссылки лучше не подчеркивать линией, возможно нужно попробовать пунктирные линии, или вовсе - кнопки.
Внизу ( розовая линия ), ссылки также, лучше подчеркнуть пунктиром и расположить по середине.
В самом низу под "TWITTER", идут надписи очень "грубым" черным цветом. Советую сделать так:
Задать им прозрачность в 50% (60-70, смотрите как будет лучше) с потом уточнить какого они станут цвета, и использовать именно этот цвет.
Иконки явно не подходят сюда, воспользуйтесь Iconfinder . com
Фотографиям нужна рамка и не стоит забывать про подпись, иногда это важно, поэтому рамка должна быть по длине на 20-30 пикселей больше чем сама фотография.
Но хочу сказать, что за работу такого рода, уже можно просить $$
